While it is widely understood that universities devote significant resources to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), there has been little systematic study of DEI staffing in the academy. Until now. Use this graphic to explore DEI personnel levels at Power Five universities. The graphic also displays how DEI personnel compare to other university functions, such as teaching core subjects and providing accommodations to students with disabilities.
